Terms of Service

1. Service Description

InteriorPortfolio provides a professional online portfolio builder specifically designed for interior designers. Our service enables you to:

• Create and publish designer-grade portfolio galleries for your projects
• Upload and host photos and videos that showcase your work
• Choose from curated templates and customize appearance (fonts, colors, layouts)
• Share public portfolio pages with clients and prospects
• Export PDF portfolios and connect custom domains (on eligible plans)
• Receive inquiries through built-in contact forms (on eligible plans)
• Collaborate with team members (Studio plan)

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use InteriorPortfolio.

2.2. You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid email address.

2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.4. One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits.

3. Content Ownership & Rights

3.1. Your Content Remains Yours

• You retain all ownership rights to the photos, videos, text, and other content you upload to InteriorPortfolio.
• We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide.

3.2. License to InteriorPortfolio

• By uploading content, you grant InteriorPortfolio a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
• This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

3.3. Your Responsibilities

• You must own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper licenses, releases, and permissions from clients and any individuals appearing in your work.
• You must not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1. Available Plans

• Starter Plan: $14.00/month ($108.00/year) — 10 projects , 150 media items , 10 GB storage
• Pro Plan: $24.00/month ($228.00/year) — unlimited projects , unlimited media , 100 GB storage
• Studio Plan: $49.00/month ($468.00/year) — unlimited projects , unlimited media , 400 GB storage
• Annual billing options available at discounted rates

4.2. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), our Merchant of Record and authorized payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

4.3. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period.

4.4. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

4.5. Taxes
Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes.

5. Free Plan

5.1. New users may start on our Free plan at no charge. The Free plan includes limited projects, media items, and storage as described on our pricing page and in your dashboard. No credit card is required to use the Free plan.

5.2. Free plan limitations may include:

• Limited number of projects and media uploads
• Reduced storage quota
• Restricted features (e.g. no custom domain, no PDF export, no contact form)
• Limited template access

5.3. Upgrading from Free. To unlock additional features or higher limits, you must actively choose and pay for a paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Studio). There is no automatic conversion to a paid subscription unless you initiate checkout and provide payment details.

5.4. Free plan data. Content on the Free plan remains available while your account is active and within plan limits. If you exceed limits, you must delete content or upgrade. We may remove inactive free accounts and associated content after reasonable notice, consistent with our data retention policy.

6. Storage & Usage Limits

6.1. Storage, project, and media limits are based on your subscription tier.

6.2. If you exceed your plan limits:

• You will be notified via email
• You must either delete content or upgrade your plan
• New uploads may be blocked until compliance is restored

6.3. Bandwidth for viewing public portfolios is included on all plans within reasonable fair-use limits.

7. Account Suspension & Data Retention

7.1. Non-Payment Policy:

7.2. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your paid period.

8. Service Availability & Support

8.1. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8.2. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8.3. Support is provided via email during business hours.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use InteriorPortfolio to:

• Upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to breach or circumvent security measures
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

10. Termination

10.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Abuse of the refund policy or repeated refund requests
• Suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized chargebacks
• Conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the platform, other users, or our business operations

10.2. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

10.3. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will cease immediately
• Your content will be deleted according to our data retention policy
• No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods (except as stated in our Refund Policy)

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERIORPORTFOLIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InteriorPortfolio from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
